Before getting recruited by the Bureau, she would absolutely have just accepted it without comment even if she was kind of under the impression that vampires probably weren't a real thing; partially because she might be wrong about that (the world contained many mysterious things, after all, like talking bears, and phantom thieves), but mostly because taking that kind of thing at face value made people happy, usually.
And if it made them happy, why question it, or push for details that they... might not have... well, you know... not that she likes to think of it this way, but there might be some things they hadn't thought through, perhaps? That you'd be ruining for them if you asked questions that ended up poking holes in it, when they just wanted to have fun and express themselves the way they like to?
And besides, isn't it more fun for everyone if there are vampires and talking bears and phantom thieves...?
But, well... she has seen some stuff, in the last little while, that has somewhat expanded her already fairly openminded worldview. Now that she's in a world populated by elves and dwarves and wizards, for absolutely definitely real, this requires some slightly more serious evaluation. She should at least acknowledge it, she feels like.]
