He scrubs his hand over his mouth and stares, quiet for a second or two too long after Molly's done talking at him. Then he drops the hand down to clap it down onto the one Molly's got braced on his shoulder, instead.]

[Downstairs. Drinks. Catching up. How convenient they've got a bar to do it in. They duck downstairs. Pick themselves a table in a corner with a little privacy, which is easier to do with two than it is with seven. (Or six.) The barmaid comes by to ask what they're looking for and wrinkles her nose at the smell of them and comments on how they must have had a long day at the docks, and to his credit Fjord's smile is only a little bit strained when he answers her. (Yes ma'am, we did. We could use a round or two, when you're able.)
They are back to living on less, after getting used to a frankly shocking amount of gold at their disposal. But if ever there were something worth springing for a drink for.]
