1C- The Welcomers [Honestly, even with the gang appearing en-masse to surround Kenpachi, you can probably still spot him from outside the alleyway. Partly due to his height, but even more so because of the weirdly raucous laughter.]
Good, good, with this many, maybe one of you will actually manage to land a hit on me! [Given that he is a single large man wielding what even in this dim lighting looks like the worlds most chipped and bedraggled sword, facing off against at least fifteen people, this isn't the reaction one might expect. Either he's got a trick up his sleeve or he's just... very crazy and could use a hand.]
2A- Souvenir Shopping? [While he's no less imposing in the light of day, he's no longer loudly demanding a fight, which makes him maybe marginally less approachable. The fact that he's currently intently examining a display of what seem to be souvenirs. Keychains, bracelets, and hold on, is that a fridge magnet? All emblazoned with pictures and slogans to remind you of your trip to the scenic(?) city of Phlan. Mostly it involves the lighthouse.
In any case, the kiosk owner seems to have mistaken Kenpachi for some manner of half orc, and is rather wary of talking to him. So, he turns to the person next to him (you) to ask instead.]
Hey, what do you think of this thing? [He holds up one of the keychain-type things, decorated with beads and a lighthouse shaped charm. It's purple, and pretty cute? Which makes it an odd thing for Kenpachi to pick up, given everything else about him, physically.]
D- Misplaced Credit [Kenpachi had headed back to the Laughing Goblin for a well earned drink after the lighthouse had been fixed. Only to find that the idiots who'd caused the problem in the first place are getting the credit?
Of course, the locals certainly aren't going to take the word of a suspicious looking stranger over Leela's, so this eventually escalates to an argument between a couple of sour looking tavern patrons and Kenpachi.
"How would you even know all this?" "Yeah, where's the proof!?" A couple of them counter, seeming very fed up and like they're ready for a full on fight.]
Proof? You want proof? How about the fact that we killed that Black Fist Captain bastard ourselves! [... Yeah, this will definitely become a Big Problem if it's allowed to continue.]
