[A 'chimera' to Scout looks very distinct, so she wouldn't think of the word for herself very quickly. When she gets her tail back she draws the end of it to her other side, where she can rub it against itself without looking rude. It always feels weird when someone grasps her tail, sends little sparks up her spine, makes her want to shake out her shoulders. Not bad unless they clamp down, but not wholly comfortable either.
