She's grateful to have made it this far, to have survived at all, but there's a heavy sort of guilt making its home in her chest as she internalizes her own grief. Some part of her is sorry that Qrow wound up here with her and not his family. It could have been any one of them brought here, and yet—

She had run away. Left her friends behind. She's sure that she didn't deserve this. She'd thought she'd left them for their own safety, but in being brought here, she's left them alone to die.

She frowns, swallowing hard and pushing those thoughts aside. Better to focus on Fishquest for now. It's... easier. What's done is done, but maybe they can help Phlan.]


You're probably right. People's stomachs can influence them more than they like to let on, sometimes, and it sounds like things have been lean here for awhile.

She's grateful to spot a market stall a little ways off that looks like it will have what they need— an opportunity to focus on the task at hand, and less time to think.
