The long term goal for ROxas is to get him to a place where he feels he can stand on his own and recognizes himself a hero. It's been going pretty well actually. Probably means there's an existential crisis on the horizon.
In the short term - they're three for three on relic collection now which has Roxas feeling pretty good so he'll probably continue to be a bit more reckless and eager to help out. (I kind of lost the chance to really dig into that in the last mission but we look ahead to the future). He's also still curious about the wider world and will probably be looking more into that. Planer systems and all that fascinate him.
He's extremely concerned about Fantasy Costco and Garfield the Deals Warlock after finding a lot of advertisements for the place in places they probably shouldn't be? This certainly won't lead to trouble as he goes to investigate.
He can usually be found around the Moon Base though, training at the dojo, skateboarding, at the academy. He has fondness for the edge of the moon base, or in the quad under the Director's statue. They're good

Plans: MUST LEARN MORE MAGIC. Following his initiation partner dying and later leaving the reclaimers, not to mention the deaths of the few reclaimers and dwarves during the last mission, and not to mention the having to survive in the wild and dealing with things like uh, blood and killing things that bleed, for the first time... he's in Extremely Serious mode. At the beginning of the interlude he will have made a nice piano for Vista Virs so he won't be able to copy anything else this month and that's going to annoy the hell out of him. He's also not going to be happy that they're all going camping... when they've basically been camping for the entirety of last month. He's a city boy, he needs his comforts!!
Please keep this grump from using all his time studying alone. And also, enjoy his new familiar: a tiny doge.

He will also be the person who remembers to bring marshmallows.

Plans: I'd love her to set up a Literature Club at some point! Some of my long-term plans for her are SPOILERY so I will hide those behind a spoiler tag. But as far as development goes, there are a few people who have gotten a hint that she's not as well-adjusted as she seems, and I am hoping she will eventually be able to open up more about her mental health struggles. I also want her to get over the MC of her game because not only does she have a huge crush on him, but they're kind of codependent and it's terrible. She's a fictional character with gaps in her memory where her backstory was never elaborated upon, so I am excited for her to eventually discover that and come to terms with it. I think it would be especially cool if she became a Technomancer after discovering this! But We Shall See. Also she is a poetry bard and I just want her to write lyrics for all our cute music bards.
At the moment, she will be struggling a bit with the events of the Maru mission, but as always she is trying to put a smile on things! But she is probably going to be a bit more scatterbrained re: keeping herself together (eating, showering, cleaning, etc) for a little while. But Everything Is Fine.
Test of Initiation: I'm happy to have Sayori help out with a Test of Initiation if someone would like to partner with her! She has Feather Fall now so like if you want to jump off a mountain she's your girl.
Wanted CR: I want all kinds of CR! Sayori is very friendly and go with the flow, so she gets along with a lot of different character types, if your character is in need of a pal. She's also very understanding of depressed types because she is also depressed, so she can be supportive in those situations! (though without admitting to her own problems...)

Primarily, Honoka's going to be settling in by making herself OBNOXIOUSLY PRESENT everywhere she can, so if you have anything your characters are doing you would like to have interrupted by her then please let me know so I can cause some chaos. In the long term, I'd like to address the fact that this is basically just her way of coping REALLY BADLY with having gotten out of her world unscathed without any of her friends. She's going to be operating at 200% percent and throwing herself into training and combat lessons and all sorts of stuff and probably bigtime burning herself out by the time her first actual mission rolls around.

Plans: In the long term: Morgana is like a senior cat you adopted recently who has been from house to house. She's mean, hurtful for seemingly no reason (There's always a reason, you probably just didn't realize you set her off), and will talk to you about God and why you're a blasphemer for hours. What seems like a normal conversation for other people is near impossible for her to get through without lashing out at times. If you stick with it, you'll find she's remarkably kind and patient with people she cares about, and will do whatever she can to care for others. That said, my long term goal for her is to make friends. I'd like to get her to a point she doesn't immediately shut people out.
In the short term, I'd love for Morgana to kind of just annoy people and slowly prove she's powerful in her own right beyond being a witch or a saint. You know. Personhood.
Test of Initiation: I don't have a partner for this and if anyone wants to volunteer, please feel free. She... probably won't complain too much??
Wanted CR: I'm new so everything. SORRY.
To be more specific, I'm interested in getting Morgana to realize she is her own person aside from how she's perceived by people who want to use her or disregard her. As such, friends would be great! She does well with people who are... easy to manipulate, because she has Problems, but people who are much less likely to be open to her machinations are definitely welcome here. To be honest, she doesn't have a lot in the way of being around people her own age (...which is like, a thousand and sixteen but details), so teen friends would be good.
That said negative CR is a given with Morgana and she responds poorly to cheerful, whimsy types. If you're bullheaded, you'll probably be fine, but if you're looking for someone to antagonize your character, this is your girl.
On that note, Morgana gets along comically well with adults, mostly because she speaks like she's out of a theatrical play. You'll get used to it. Maybe.

Wanted CR: Mentor/mentee relationships where Kel plays either part. Friendships with kids her own age. She has a lot of adult friends, too, and has been called older than her years more than once. Romance is technically possible but physical intimacy is not her thing—according to a mix of canon evidence and statements by the author, Kel is asexual though not aromantic. I’m also very open to negative or antagonistic CR! Kel does not hold herself back when it comes to combatting people she considers to be bullies or abusers.
