[Izuku starts a little when Kacchan grabs the potion but then his expression fades into a stupid fond grin. It's how Kacchan has always dealt with these things, ever since they were little. He's never been afraid to tell anyone exactly what's on his mind and doesn't take anything from anyone. Izuku mostly just hid behind him when he'd go off like that. It makes him happy to know that, despite how much has changed, some things don't change.

He takes the distraction of Kacchan's furious yelling to start unloading potions back onto the haggler's shelves. The haggler tries to say something to him but that's hard to do when someone is screaming in your face.]

Sorry, sir. I think most of these are out of my budget. Besides, I'm really not sick, so I probably shouldn't really take any medicine, anyway. Ahh, I think that one went here...
